Founded in 1984 and registered in 1988, Earmold Australia has been at the forefront of the hearing protection industry for over three decades. We specialise in providing high-quality hearing protection solutions for various industries, including occupational health and safety, motor sports, security communications, sporting shooters, swimming, water sports, travel, sleeping, and much more.
As the exclusive distributor for Insta-Mold, EAR Inc, Cens Digital, and Puretone across Australasia, we offer a wide range of custom hearing protection products that meet Australian Standards. This includes our Class 5 Insta-Mold earplugs, which are the only “made on the spot” custom hearing protectors that comply with AS/NZS1270-2002.
Earmold Australia operates its own in-house laboratory that manufactures heat-cured silicone hearing protectors. This enables us to provide rapid, on-site custom molding services to businesses across Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia.

Colour Options
CENS earplugs are available in 12 solid colours, with endless possibilities for multi-colour combinations. A marble or spiral effect can be made by mixing two colours. These colours include: beige, black, blue, clear, green, lime green, magenta, orange, pink, yellow, transparent light brown, red, transparent red, white, transparent brown, and purple.

How The Fitting Process Works
1. Ear Assessment & Preparation
Each fitting begins with a quick ear check. A protective lotion is applied, followed by the placement of an Otto Block to safeguard the eardrum.
2. Custom Moulding
The earplug material is moulded directly into the ear canal and allowed to set for 5-7 minutes. This process is completed individually for each club member.
3. Refinement & Final Touches
Once set, the earplugs are trimmed and shaped for comfort, the fit is tested, space for electronics can be added if required, and a protective seal is applied.
